Female kitten, not spayed yet, about 3 months old (as of 12/04/15), microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, currently in a foster home, will be making appearances at ARF Adoption Events (see http://www.arf-il.org/events.html for times and locations), adoption fee $125.

Calypso is part of our Pirates of the Caribbean litter.  She and her litter mates were rescued from Chicago Animal Care and Control on Halloween.  She is sister to Angelica, also up for adoption at this time.  In the pictures, Calypso is the one with the orange collar, as she and Angelica look so very much alike.  Calypso is a very active energetic kitten.  She is great with the younger kittens but can be found many times hanging out with her sister Angelica or her adopted brother Aubie as they are all around the same age.  We do recommend adopting kittens this young in pairs so that they have a companion, but this is not a requirement.  Check out www.facebook.com/kittenville.il where her foster mom has chronicled her time in foster care.

If you are interested in meeting Calypso, you can fill out an online adoption application at http://www.arf-il.org/application.html  Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting with the cat.  Filling out the application does not obligate you in any way.
