Hi, my name is Neil.  I may look a little grumpy, but my foster mom says I'm the sweetest.  I was in the cat center at PetSmart, but I wasn't very happy there, so I got placed into a foster home and have finally come out of my shell.  One of my favorite pastimes is snoozing in funny positions.    I like to greet my foster mom when she comes home from work and tell her all about my day.  (I've got a lot to talk about!)  I like attention and will purr when picked up.  I've recently taken an interest in playing and my favorite toys are bouncy balls and catnip-filled mice.  I'm very well behaved and use my scratching post (instead of furniture).  I've been known to chase my tail too, which is kind of embarrassing since I never catch it! 

If you are interested in meeting Neil, you can fill out an online adoption application at http://www.arf-il.org/application.html  Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting with the cat.  Filling out the application does not obligate you in any way.
