Female, spayed, about 4 months old (as of 9/24/14), microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, currently in a foster home, will be making appearances at ARF Adoption Events (see http://www.arf-il.org/events.html for times and locations), adoption fee $125.

ARF rescued Hannah from a high kill shelter in Indiana.  She was brought to that shelter with her mother because the people said they had too many cats.  Another rescue group was taking the mom, so ARF said we would take Hannah along with three other kittens we were taking.

Hannah is as sweet as she is pretty.  She is very vocal about wanting attention. It took her a few days to discover what toys were and now she happily tosses and bats them around.  She lets you pick her up for cuddle time, and is becoming more affectionate every day.  It is obvious that this little girl did not receive a lot of attention from people, and now that she knows what attention and love is, she is just blooming.

If you are interested in meeting Hannah, you can fill out an online adoption application at http://www.arf-il.org/application.html  Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting with the cat.  Filling out the application does not obligate you in any way.
