Harper is as sweet and loving as she is beautiful. She loves attention and will prance and swish her beautiful tail, all the while talking to you just to get you to notice her.
Harper was surrendered to a high kill shelter and she doesn't understand why.  She gets along with kids and cats and dogs. Her litter box manners are perfect.  If you are looking for a feline friend to keep you company and to hold up her end of a conversation, Harper is your girl.
