Paige is a 2-3 yr old, long haired Chihuahua/Papillon mix. Typical of most chihuahua's, she loves her family/her person more than anything and can be very protective when new people/strangers come into the home as if the stranger was threatening her family.  But once her family escorts the guests into the home and they sit down, then she will start to relax her stance and ask visitor for attention.  But at 9-10 pounds, I think she is used to being picked up by her old family and carried around as she is only 8-9#'s.  Her favorite thing, especially in last week or two as the weather has started to get colder, is to burrow under a blanket or bedspread and makes such a small mound that it can be difficult to find her at times.  She gets along well with other dogs and cats.  She is the snuggliest, cuddliest girl if just given a little time to adjust to you--not long, 24 hours at the most.  (Photo taken when she was just waking up--more to come)

Paige is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, house-broken and spayed. Her new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. Paige's adoption fee is $200.
