Nick is a 1 year old male Australian Shepherd mix. He is very smart and affectionate. Nick is a happy go lucky guy that is getting along great with dogs and humans. He is housebroken, crate trained and knows basic commands. Nick has already learned the basic commands like sit and down from his foster parents. He is also learning to walk nicely on a leash, he is so smart that he is almost there! His favorite time is playing with his foster sibling in the backyard. Nick loves chew toys and it really helps to keep him occupied. His favorite spot is where his "pack" is located regardless whether they are humans or dogs. Nick loves his crate as it is a safe place for him. When he's afraid of thunder, he runs back to hide in his crate during the storm.

If you enjoy an active style of life, he will be an excellent addition to your family, but he also does VERY well when he's in a crate while at night or when nobody is home.

Nick is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, house-broken and neutered. His new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. Nick's adoption fee is $200.
