Male seal point Siamese, neutered, about 7 years old, microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, currently in a foster home, adoption fee $175.

Ferris’s person died.  The family claimed cat allergies and took the grieving kitty to his vet, where a kind vet tech determined that this gorgeous boy was not going to face euthanasia.  She had blood work done to make sure he was healthy and then brought him up to date on his vaccinations.  She called on a friend of hers who is a private pit bull rescuer.  Always on the job as one of Chicago’s finest by day, pitty rescuer by night, this police officer called ARF and asked us to help this unfortunate feline.  How could we say no when so many others had stepped in to help Ferris? 

It took him a few days to settle into the noise and high activity level of his foster family’s house, but when he did settle it was easy to see why he had so many people trying to help him.  Ferris is a friendly, loving, typically-talkative Siamese sweetie.  All he wants is a lap to sleep on and an occasional scratch behind his ears or under his chin.  It doesn’t take much to make him happy.  Would you like to hear him tell you how happy you make him feel?
