Tallulah is a fantastic 5 year old papillon who was brought to ARF as an owner surrender.She is used to a family and is very funny and sweet. Check out those adorable ears and great coat! Tallulah is recovering from a foot injury from jumping a railing, but is expected to make a full recovery.
