Thanks for your interest in a pet from A.R.F.! If you see a pet here, they are still available for adoption and you should apply through our adoption application on our website at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/
QUINCY WILL NOT ATTEND OUR PETSMART ADOPTION EVENTS. APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED WITH APPROVED APPLICANTS ONLY. Sweet and loving 5 year old Chihuahua weighing only about 3 pounds and mostly toothless. Quincy is still learning how to be a normal dog, having spent his young years in a puppy mill. With the right person who can take the time to sit and pet him and hold him he would come a long way. He will come out of his crate to eat and to go to the bathroom, and will scratch on the crate when the door is closed and he needs to go out. Once outside he does his business nicely. He is fine with other animals and with his foster parents' four year old, and although he tries to avoid being picked up, once he's in your arms he melts and enjoys the comfort. He loves to eat:) Are you able to provide this sweet, frightened little boy the love, patience, and tenderness that he wants and deserves for the rest of his life? Quincy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.

Thank you for considering a rescue pet from A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation! We are
based in Wheaton, IL and conduct adoption events in the DuPage County area. If you are interested in adopting one of our pets, please submit an adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Adoption appointments are scheduled based on the order of applications received, so submit your application early! Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions or schedule meetings until your application has been approved. More information about our adoption process can be found on our website here: https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/ As an all-volunteer, foster home-based organization, A.R.F. Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals. Please visit https://www.arf-il.org/events/ for a list of our upcoming adoption events. Thank you for choosing to adopt, not shop! |
