Introducing Sushi!

We’re excited to present Sushi, an 11- week-old, long-haired kitty with a lively personality and incredibly soft fur. She’s an energetic companion who loves running, jumping, and playing with various toys, especially springs, balls, and wand toys.

When not playing, Sushi enjoys watching birds from her cat tree or taking naps. She’s sociable and seeks attention, sometimes by climbing legs or gently nibbling hands. Her foster mom is working on redirecting when she does the nibbling. Due to her high energy, Sushi would do well with another kitten as a playmate.

If you’re looking for an entertaining and playful feline companion, Sushi could be the perfect choice for you.

We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs!  There are several reasons why Sushi would do good with a friend, including:

-Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you!

-Having two kittens to play with each other prevents "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues.

-Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see.

-The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people.

-You'll save two lives instead of one!

Sushi is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed/neutered , and litter box trained.

Sushi 's adoption fee is $165.  Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.

Adoption appointments are scheduled based on the order of applications received, so submit your application early! Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process.
