Babe is a 1.5 year old female Beagle mix who weighs approximately 30 pounds.

Babe is a perfect companion dog. She is a sweet, loving dog who just wants to cuddle. Babe loves snuggling up next to her fosters on their couch or laying at the end of their bed. She does well around small children but may give a warning snap if she is being handled too roughly. She does well with both cats and dogs. Don't let her small size fool you. She plays and keeps up with the bigger dogs. Like many other beagles, she has hunter instincts which may be why she is prone to escaping the house to explore the neighborhood. Her forever home will need to be properly secured in order to prevent future escapes. She is mostly housebroken but may have an occasional accident when in a new environment.  She responds well to a solid routine. She also knows basic commands.

Babe is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, mostly housebroken and spayed.  Her new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.

Babe's adoption fee is $400.  A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you're interested in adopting Babe fill out an Online Application today!
