THIS PUP WILL BE AVAILABLE ON/AFTER APRIL 1st.

This pup was born Feb 1, 2023 and will be available at 8 weeks old. Current weight is 11 pounds. This pup is a Great Dane who came to ARF as part of a large puppy mill rescue. Preference will be given to applicants with previous Great Dane experience. There are a total of 6 Great Dane puppies available: three blue Merle (2 female, 1 male) and three Tuxedo (1 female, 2 male).

V elma is a sweet puppy. She loves being held and petted when she is not sleeping and playing . She is taking to crate training really well . Although she still has accidents in the house (like any puppy her age), she is beginning to bark to be let outside when she has to go potty .

She has beautiful black and white markings. Her white neck stripe almost makes it look like her head is a little heart.

This pup is micro-chipped and up to date on all vaccinations. ARF will cover the cost of alteration at a later date if performed by an ARF vet. The new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. The pup's adoption fee is $950. Please note ARF does not approve applications for any puppy under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
