Check out this gorgeous girl! Quicksand came to ARF with her three kittens, two of which I'm pretty sure weren't even hers, but she took them in and cared for them as if they were her own. She was an amazing mommma, and her babies have all been adopted. Now she's ready to find her forever home. and live her best life.

Quicksand absolutely craves attention from her people. There's no warm-up period with her. She loves everyone right from the moment she meets them. She wants to be where they are at all times so that she doesn't miss out on any pets. She loves any and all attention she can get, just check out her videos.

Besides being extremely loving, Quicksand is SUPER playful. Her favorite playmate is Miss Kitty, and she would LOVE to find a forever home that could keep them together. They are a perfect match for each other's energy. Quicksand's absolute favorite toys are wand toys. She loves to jump high into the air to catch them. Check out the video of her playing and you'll see what I mean. She plays like a kitten, with boundless energy. When she's done playing, all she wants to do is curl in on or near her foster family. She loves a nice warm lap of blanket to lay on. In her down-time, she also enjoys napping in her window perch, watching the wildlife go by.

She does well with kids of all ages and is extremely tolerant of everyone. She would be fine as an only cat, but would also be ok with another cat in her new home, given time to properly meet them and adjust to their companionship. She would make such a great addition to any family.

Quicksand has one minor dietary need in the form of a prescription dry food to help with her digestion. It gets mixed in with her regular food, so she only requires a very small amount of it each day to keep her "regular". Trust me, it's a small price to pay for the huge amount of love she will give you in return.

Quicksand is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.
