This pup is an 8 week old mixed breed female.

Be prepared for your heart to melt. Daisy is as sweet as they come. She is a little timid at first, but once she warms up - you'll be her best friend.  She is always excited to see her people and greets us with kisses and love. She plays well with her sister and other pups, but is not the instigator. She'd rather find a cozy spot to cuddle up - and if it is in your lap that's even better.  Daisy needs encouragement to try new things.  She goes potty outside on command, and while she isn't house trained quite yet, she is well on her way to learning  the basics. While there is limited info on this girl, an educated guess from the vet suggested she is likely a hound/terrier mix and her paw size suggests she will be under 40 pounds fully grown - but remember it's just a guess.

This pup is micro-chipped and up to date on all vaccinations, and spayed.  The new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.  The pup's adoption fee is $375.  Please note ARF does not approve applications for any puppy under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.  A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you're interested in adopting this pup fill out an online application today!  https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/  Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.  ARF is an all volunteer organization.  Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved.  Thank you for your patience!
