Indigo began his journey to his forever home when he was rescued from under a trailer where he was hiding from kids that were throwing rocks at him. He then made his way to Arf and straight into his foster family’s heart. Indigo is the sweetest most gentle boy and we all adore him. He loves being close to his humans- on laps, shoulders, and just anywhere he can snuggle up and relax. He is tolerant of the foster family’s dog but doesn’t care for the barking. Indigo would be fine with other cats with a proper introduction. He enjoys interactive play with wand toys and chasing his little mice and you will hear him entertaining himself by rolling his jingle balls back and forth. Affectionate, sweet, neat and tidy with his litter box duties; and have you seen the photos??! Woah. Indigo is quite the handsome boy. His foster mom calls him a dreamboat. Indigo is ready to feel safe and loved in his forever home and he will return the love in bunches.

Indigo is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered , and litter box trained.

Adoption appointments are scheduled based on the order of applications received, so submit your application early! Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions or schedule meetings until your application has been approved.
