Hi, y’all! My name is Tanyki, but my foster mom calls me Tanukes! My foster Uncle from Japan named me, as he thinks I look like a raccoon (and Tanuki is ‘Raccoon’ in Japanese). I’m almost a year old, and a feline flirtatious ball of floofy fur! My mom says I’m the Marilyn Monroe of cats as I’m so feminine. I love to be petted as I swirl around your feet or sit by your side. I have a gorgeous tail that I use like a fan when I flirt. And my long white whiskers are the longest ever, darling. I’m a tree dweller cat, meaning I like to find the tallest place in the house, which is the top of the basement wall where I can survey my kingdom. You’ll adore me!

Tanuki is a one year old female who is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.

Tanuki's adoption fee is $110.  If you are interested in meeting Tanuki, please fill out our Online Application today!  

Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.
