Carl is a 3 year old neutered male Chihuahua. He is housebroken and does  pretty good on a leash and does well in an apartment setting going out on his leash for potty.  He likes to walk longer for going #2, but typically goes #1 right away.  Carl is a boy that is a strong walker and wants to play.  He has lots of energy.  When out, his nose and ears are going full on.  he gets excited about birds, ducks, and squirrels.  Carl loves everyone.  He  is ok with other dogs and cats, and may need a little time to get to know other pets, but will do fine once introduced.  He does like to talk to other dogs when out on walks and likes to let his foster know when he hears unfamiliar sounds inside.  He is crate trained and does well in the crate when left alone.  Carl  likes to cuddle under the blankets with you at night and sleeps through the night just fine. He loves to give kisses and would be great with an active senior citizen.  C arl loves and wants to be loved, not just as a pet, but as a happy family member.   He is a cutie - come meet him at the next adoption event!   

Carl  is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered and is housebroken.   Carl's new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course with him.
