Female, spayed, about  5.5 months (as of October 4, 2018), microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, currently in a foster home, will be making appearances at ARF Adoption Events (see http://www.arf-il.org/events.html or https://www.facebook.com/A.R.F.Illinois for times and locations), adoption fee $125.

Cantaloupe is a true purr machine.  From the moment she sees her foster mom and dad, she starts purring and never stops!  She actively seeks out your lap and wants a ton of love!  When she’s not snuggling with her favorite human, she’s running and playing with her other foster kitten pals.  She's a very active kitten and loves to play, jump, and chase toys.  She will fit in well in any household!

If you are interested in meeting Cantaloupe, you can fill out an online adoption application at http://www.arf-il.org/application.html  Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting with the cat.  Filling out the application does not obligate you in any way. Adoption appointments are scheduled based on the order of applications received, so submit your application early! Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions or schedule meetings until your application has been approved.
