My name is Widget and I think I am about 1 or 1.5 years old. I came from the Quincy Animal Shelter in early May and have been raising my three kittens in my foster home. To be honest, I did a great job raising healthy, socialized kittens! This is not a surprise as I am VERY social.  When my foster mom has card parties, I always make certain I’m hanging out with the crowd! I am a very happy kitty, playful and fully of love. I get along well with the dog in my foster home but would do ok in a home without other pets too.

Because I love to be around people I would love to be in a home with someone around much of the time. I like to play but I am gentle about that too. I am very smart and playful and would probably do well if you wanted to teach me some tricks. I like to settle into your lap for a nap and follow you around from room to room. I like to eat, nap and play!

I came from Quincy with my three kittens, Smudge, Ash and Coal. The girls have been adopted together and Coal is in a foster home here in Wheaton.  Coal is also listed on this website http://www.arf-il.org/available_cats.html

I am spayed, up to date on vaccines, and ready to get settled into my forever home. You can see me at Pet Smart or visit me in my foster home where I am more comfortable and friendly. I would love to go home with you.
