About Calabash

Calabash is a 5 year old, front declawed, pure bred Bengal.   Her owners moved and instead of taking her with, they left her outside their old home, returning periodically to feed her in the "shed" behind the old house.  Feral cats soon foundout about the cat food supply and began to beat her up in order to get her food.  Without her front claws, typically she lost that fight.   A neighbor hearing a cat fight ran over, recognized her, grabbed her and took her to the local Animal Control.  From there, she found her way to us.

 

She is  gorgeous example of her breed--gorgeous markings, silky soft coat, will talk to you, ad unlke many is very social and friendly.

 

Adoption fee is $150.
