Thanks for your interest in a pet from A.R.F.! If you see a pet here, they are still available for adoption and you should apply through our adoption application on our website at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/
Meet Harry. He is a 9-10 month old, 30 pound Shepherd mix. Harry is crate trained, 100% potty trained, and knows all of his basic commands! Harry demonstrates amazing athleticism and would love to be your workout companion. He has even been trained to go bike riding with you! His other favorite pastimes include curling up on the couch, watching TV, romping in the backyard, chewing his bones on his bed, going to doggie daycare and socializing with other dogs. Harry is seeking a quieter home, as lots of strangers in and out tend to make him nervous and reactive. Harry would also do best in a home with no small children, although he is okay with kids, his tendency to mouth, jump, and rough play, could be a potential concern. Harry will do best with an experienced dog owner willing to work on his manners. Come meet Harry. He will be your best friend! He is a loyal, loving, and goofy guy, ready for his forever home. This pup is micro-chipped, housebroken, and up to date on all vaccinations. The new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. The pup's adoption fee is $275. A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you're interested in adopting this pup fill out an online application today! http://arf-il.org/application.html Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting. Thank you for considering a rescue pet from A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation! We are
based in Wheaton, IL and conduct adoption events in the DuPage County area. If you are interested in adopting one of our pets, please submit an adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Adoption appointments are scheduled based on the order of applications received, so submit your application early! Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions or schedule meetings until your application has been approved. More information about our adoption process can be found on our website here: https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/ As an all-volunteer, foster home-based organization, A.R.F. Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals. Please visit https://www.arf-il.org/events/ for a list of our upcoming adoption events. Thank you for choosing to adopt, not shop! Video of Harry:
