 Whistler is a one year old spayed female Spaniel mix who weighs 37 pounds and is fully grown.  She is very mellow and gets along well with other dogs. Not sure about cats.  Whistler is a happy, smiling, great dog! She loves affection and having her belly rubbed.  Whistler is only a year old and still like a puppy in some ways. She is not 100% potty trained and still learning to trust the world around her.  She prefers to not be in a crate, and has done well at her foster home that has other dogs and a human around more often than not.  She walks well on a leash and is very smart.  Whistler is an athletic girl and able to jump a 3 foot fence, but does come back over the fence when called - so a taller fenced in yard would be best. 

Whistler is really coming out of her shell and loves being brushed and likes to be petted. She likes people and appreciates attention. She will make a loving companion in a home filled with affection and regular exercise.  Whistler is looking for an outdoors/active family with dog experience who understand dogs occasionally have accidents.  A family ideally with children where she gets attention, rewards for good behavior, and lots of interaction!

Whistler is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and spayed.
