Nena comes from a loving family of 7 children and a mom, who unfortunately, find themselves losing their home due to a divorce.  Nena is a 3 yr old spayed female chocolate lab mix.  Once she meets someone she rolls over on her back and wants her belly rubbed.  Her kids love playing dress up with her and she loves all the attention.  Once, while on a nightly walk she alerted her owner to what turned out to be the smell of gas.  Turns out there was a major gas leak in a neighbor's house.  She saved a whole family who was already going through another hardship.  Nena's family just want to make sure she gets into a safe home where someone will love her as much as they have.  "She deserves to be squeezed and kissed every night like we do and to be told how much she is loved."

Nena LOVES her humans but has a VERY high prey drive. Homes that have small dogs, cats, birds, gerbils, ferrets, mice, hamsters, etc...will NOT be considered.

Nena is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken and spayed/neutered . His/Her new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.  Nena ' s adoption fee is $250.
