Fiona is a 3-4 year old Miniature Australian Shepherd. She weighs 16lbs and has a merle coat. Fiona is a quiet and sweet girl. Her favorite activities include playing fetch and going outside for walks. She is very good on a leash and completely housebroken. Her foster home doesn’t even need to put her in a crate when they leave the house because she is so well behaved, although Fiona would be fine being crated for a few hours at a time if needed.  Fiona gets along great with other dogs, she hasn’t been observed around cats or very small children (she has played with older kids and does so quite nicely) but her gentle and patient nature would lead us to believe she would do very well in a home that had either cats or small kids. We have yet to hear Fiona bark, however she does slightly whimper when waiting for someone to throw her favorite toy or open the door to let her outside.  Fiona’s ideal forever home would be one where she gets plenty of play and time to run around outside.

Fiona is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken and will be spayed prior to adoption. Her new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. Fiona's adoption fee is $300.
